He was born Jan. 7, 1955, the son of William and Gearldean (Joiner) Blankenship. <BR>He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wil-liam and Cora Blankenship and maternal grandparents, Josie and Cecil Joiner.<BR>Billy was affiliated with the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed hunt-ing, camping and spending time with family and friends. <BR>Billy is survived by his wife, Paula (Bohanan) Blankenship of the home; children and their spouses, Chris and Kristy Blankenship, Heavener, Sabra and Tory Myers, Durant, Jerry and Melanie Blankenship, Bar-tlesville, Savanna and Cheyenne Blankenship both of Eagletown; grandchildren, Brittany and Brianna Blankenship, Amanda Phillips, Kelly Woodral, Kensly and Kenda Metcalf, Kylen and Tristan Myers and Madison and Katelyn Blankenship; great-grandchildren, Bryar and Brylei Phillips and Jaxson and Miley Woodral; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.<BR>Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday Nov. 16, 2008, at First Assembly of God, Eagle-town. Interment will follow at Eagletown Cemetery. Bro. Baker will officiate.<BR>The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Brumley Funeral Home, Broken Bow.<BR></SPAN> </div></td></tr></table></table>
